We are body, mind and spirit all wrapped up into one. Each of us borrow the package during our time on earth. How we pamper or abuse our body and mind leads to how we are spiritually and how balanced we are. While we are spending time here, we can choose to enjoy our moments, having a magic carpet ride everyday. Only when we are healthy and it is then that we can constantly energized our body, mind and spirit.

Life Isn't About Finding Yourself. It Is About Creating Yourself.

Life isn't about find yourself. Life is about creating yourself.

Which one are you? How many of us really know who we are? Are we who we are by the mere fact that others said so?

There are Us who others said, "we're good". Then we know that we're good. The next moment, some others just said, "we're morons". We react and became angry.

Are we playing the roles that others want us to be?

Who's in control?

Those who wish us to be what they want us to be?

Or we're in control of our life?

There are individuals who meditate. They achieved a state of calmness and serenity. The moment some of these individuals departed from the meditative state and encountered a challenge, they forgot about time they spent meditating to be strong inside. Instead they shifted their state and got out out of control.

Were they being dictated and controlled by the situation or the person at the Cause and these individuals became the Effect?

I would said many of us go about every second of our daily lives without truly searching ourselves of who we are. Whether all the things that we're doing, are we pleasing ourselves or satisfying others around us?

Even if we managed to find out who we really are, is that what life's finally all about? If there something else what we can achieve during our journey here?

How about creating ourselves?

Do we just want to live this life, one day at a time, plodding along without taking positive steps to making each passing day matters and creating a difference for ourselves. Only when we can make that difference for ourselves can we then make a positive difference for others.

What do you think? I hope you can please share...
